A New Season, a New You … with a little help from Eckhart Tolle
April 4, 2008 by Romy
It’s official – Spring is here! Let me rephrase this: I know that Spring has sprung because I’ve started to clear out my closets, go to the gym and now I want to work on a better balanced self after the trials and tribulations of winter.
His latest book A New Earth (it just also happens to be the new Oprah Book Club pick too) forces us to look at humanity and how we can change the world through renouncing our own egoistical ways. Phew! That seems like a big project, but Tolle makes sense and shows us how to continue on this path to enlightenment. Inspired by various religious and sacred teachings, Tolle’s works help to bring about good changes in us – and what better time than now?!

Hi Romy,
What do you think of the the newest book here at Tower in sort of the same genre as A New Earth? But yet its not because it is motivational not mystical and gives tools on how the mind works, it’s titled “Free Mind Free Body” by D R Boisse and sold here at Tower. It offers many things A New Earth does not. Its getting great reviews and it demonstrates how we are stuck behind our own self limitations by our beliefs and we live in our own reality bubbles shaped by our values and knowledge with our emotions and feelings coming from our unconscious minds. D R Boisse recognizes a person’s beliefs are their choice and it just gives you insight on how your conscious and unconscious mind interact and work to shape your life. The paperback is sold here on Tower and ebook is at other web sites like freemindfreebody.
I think D R Boisse’s book is going to prove to be more benficial to the masses than Tolle’s work. I guess we shall see.
All the Best,
Sam
